Ganache makes a great topping, sauce or filling for your favorite desserts, cakes and pastries. It’s so quick and very easy to make.


Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the heavy whipping cream to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once the chocolate reaches a boil, remove from the heat and whisk in the chocolate chips.
  3. Stir until all of the chocolate is melted and smooth. Set aside and allow the chocolate to cool completely.
  4. When you are ready to use, quickly whisk the ganache. Top your favorite dessert and enjoy!


  • 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
