It&#8217;s a very easy dessert to make and is always a favorite&#8230;<!--more--> you won&#8217;t have any left-overs with this one.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Independence Day to my American friends and followers!!! And Happy Canada Day to all of us wonderful Canadians North of the border!!!<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: One 9&#8243; x 13&#8243; pan<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix the first three ingredients together with a pastry blender until thoroughly combined.<\/li>\n<li>Press mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9\u201dx13\u201d baking pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake on center rack of a preheated 400&deg;F oven for 10\u201315 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Blend the cream cheese, milk and icing sugar together until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Spread on the cooled crust and refrigerate.<\/li>\n<li>Make lemon pie filling and cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the cooled lemon pie filling over first two layers.<\/li>\n<li>Whip cream and spread evenly over the lemon pie filling layer.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with crushed nuts if desired.
