In fact, one of my son&#8217;s loved this meatloaf so much, he would request it for his birthday supper! It&#8217;s quick, easy and in-expensive too!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: One loaf<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, spices, rolled oats, egg, milk, and cheese together. I prefer to use my hands, while wearing disposable gloves.<\/li>\n<li>Place the mixed ingredients into a greased loaf pan.  Make sure the loaf is tightly packed into the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350&deg;F.  Bake the meatloaf on the center rake for approximately an hour and a half.<\/li>\n<li>While the meatloaf is cooking, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and dry ground mustard to make the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>After the meatloaf has cooked, top with the sauce.  Allow the finished loaf to sit for about 20-30 minutes.  This will make it much easier to slice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ENJOY!!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 and 1\/2 lb of Ground Beef<\/li>\n<li>1 small Onion, diced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 tsp of Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp of Pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1\/2 tsp of Ground Sage<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsps of Chopped Parsley<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 cup of Rolled Oats<\/li>\n<li>1 large Egg<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 cup of Milk<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated or cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1\/2 cup of Ketchup<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsps of Brown Sugar, lightly packed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2 tsps of Dry Ground Mustard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"related-video\">\n<div class=\"video\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"video-border\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zDucn6TB3BM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe for meatloaf is an all time favorite.
