This glaze is so easy and so delicious, you’ll want to use it on everything. It has a really rich, fudgey taste, you’ll love. This is a great topping for the choux paste \u00e9clairs<\/a> we made last week.<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/h2>\n

Yield: 1\/2 cup<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. In heavy saucepan, melt butter over low heat.<\/li>\n
  2. Add (Sifted) Cocoa & Icing Sugar and stir until combined.<\/li>\n
  3. Add Vanilla and Stir.<\/li>\n
  4. Add hot water 1 teaspoon at a time and stir until smooth and of desired consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
