Fettuccine Alfredo seems a lot more difficult and time consuming than it really is.  Simply follow my recipe for quick, easy, and creamy Alfredo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: 4 servings<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add a dash of salt and a tsp. Of olive oil. Add pasta; boil for 10 minutes (el dente) or 12 minutes for a more tender pasta.<\/li>\n<li>Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Melt butter in a saut\u00e9ed pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add grated parmesan cheese. Stir to melt.<\/li>\n<li>Add Cream. Stir.<\/li>\n<li>DO NOT Let the sauce BOIL or Cheese will form LUMPS!!<\/li>\n<li>Toss with cooked pasta, season and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">3\/4 of a 500 gram package of Fettuccine<\/li>\n<li>6 tbsps of Butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2\/3 cup of Whipping Cream, un-whipped<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Approx. 3 oz.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"related-video\">\n<div class=\"video\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"video-border\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DZZQBkwCUnI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a great recipe when you&#8217;re in a hurry.
