You will definitely &#8220;Wow&#8221; your friends and family with this one. This is one of my most requested Cheesecakes. It is really spectacular but much easier than it looks.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Directions (Graham Crust):<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: Crust for 8&#8243; or 9&#8243; cheesecake<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix together in a bowl and press on the bottom and up the sides (about 1 inch) of a 8 or 9 inch round spring-form pan and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Directions (Filling):<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: Filling for 8&#8243; or 9&#8243; cheesecake<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blend first five ingredients together until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Spread half of batter over graham crust.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle pecans over this and drizzle with butterscotch sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Top with remaining half of cream cheese batter.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in preheated 325&deg;F oven on center rack for approx. 1 hour or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Directions (Ganache Topping):<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: app. 1 cup<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bring cream to boil over high heat in a small saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat as soon as it reaches the boiling point. Add chocolate chips and whisk until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Spread over warm or cooled cheesecake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Directions (Spun Sugar):<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: app. 1 cup<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put ingredients in heavy saucepan and bring to a boil, without stirring or moving the pan around. Let it boil for approx. five minutes, or until you notice the syrup beginning to turn a light golden color.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and set aside. It will continue to darken slightly because of the heat in the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Once it cools for about 3 &#8211; 5 minutes and begins to thicken and thread from the spoon, drop from teaspoon onto parchment lined baking sheets to form your decorations.<\/li>\n<li>Once the decorations are cooled completely, remove them and add to your finished cheesecake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>PLEASE WATCH INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h2>Ingredients (Graham Crust):<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 and 1\/3 cups of Graham Wafer Crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup of Melted Butter or Margarine<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2 tbsps of Sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ingredients (Filling):<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">3 x 250g package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cups of Sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">3 large Eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 heaping tbsps of Sour Cream<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 tbsp of Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of Pecan Pieces<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2 tbsps of Butterscotch Sundae Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ingredients (Ganache Topping):<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1\/4 cup of Heavy Cream<\/li>\n<li>1 and 1\/2 cups of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ingredients (Spun Sugar):<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 cup of Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"related-video\">\n<div class=\"video\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"video-border\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zpBVbrLwoLA\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"video-border\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NGOCY6XY1R4\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"video-border\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4HiTf0D7qAc\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is a bit time consuming, but well worth the effort.
