I&#8217;ve made this lasagna with lean ground beef, but you can substitute that for any ground meat you would like to use.<!--more--> One of my sons often makes it using ground chicken, which is absolutely delicious as well.<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: 9&#8243; x 12&#8243; pan (8-10 servings)<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Saute garlic and diced onion in olive oil until tender.<\/li>\n<li>Add ground meat and cook until no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, and seasonings in dutch oven.<\/li>\n<li>Add ground beef and stir until combined. Cook until heated through.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs in a small bowl and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please watch video for assembly and baking instructions.
