It is so good and so versatile. Brie goes with pretty much any kind of fruit, vegetable or meat, so this recipe is a great opportunity for you to use your imagination and have some fun experimenting.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Brie in puff pastry is pretty simple too, once you get the hang of it. I used to make my own puff pastry but I don&#8217;t really have the time to do that these days and hey, the Tenderflake variety that you can buy at your local grocery store is the next best thing.<\/p>\n<p>The other thing I love about this recipe is that it&#8217;s great for any occasion, whether it be special or just an ordinary day!<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: To taste<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Please watch the video clip for instructions.
