This is a really nice recipe. I always enjoy it because I can quickly prepare everything the night before, wrap it and store in the refrigerator.<!--more--> Then simply pop it in the oven when I get home from work.<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: 6 servings<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place chicken in a casserole dish or large roasting pan sprayed with Pam.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with seasoning.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and bake at 375&deg;F for 45 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and add the remaining ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and return to the oven for approx 30 minutes or until sausage and chicken are cooked through.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2 and 1\/2 to 3 lbs of Cut up Chicken<\/li>\n<li>1 lb of Smoked Sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 lb of Unpeeled, scrubbed Baby Potatoes<\/li>\n<li>4 Medium Sweet Peppers, cut into slices (Any color or combination of colors)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">4 Medium Onions, quartered<\/li>\n<li>Salt, Pepper, Poultry Seasoning and Parsley, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is another one of those &#8220;quick, make ahead and pop in the oven&#8221; meals.
