My all-time favorite is this blueberry pie recipe. This recipe is really easy and makes a fabulous pie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: Do not thaw frozen blueberries before using in the pie. Just put them in frozen for better results.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: One 10&#8243; pie<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Spray pie plate with cooking spray or lightly grease with shortening &#038; set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Mix flour and sugar together in a small bowl and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350&deg;F.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out 1st pie crust on surface dusted with flour.<\/li>\n<li>Line pie plate with rolled out pastry, taking care not to stretch the pastry.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle 1\/3 of flour and sugar mixture over the bottom of the pie shell.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon in 1\/2 of the blueberries.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle 1\/3 of the flour and sugar mixture over the fruit in the pie plate.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon in remaining blueberries.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with the remaining flour and sugar mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Dot with butter.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out top crust and make slits in the center to vent the pie.<\/li>\n<li>Brush the edges of the bottom crust with water to stick the two crusts together.<\/li>\n<li>Apply top pie crust.<\/li>\n<li>Press a fork around the edges to seal and cut excess pastry off with sharp knife.<\/li>\n<li>Bake on center rack of preheated 350&deg;F oven for 45 minutes to 1 and 1\/2 hours or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This blueberry pie is delicious on a nice sunny day topped with vanilla ice cream!
