That is what makes this such a great time to put them to use in a variety of ways. This raspberry vinaigrette is one of my favorites.<!--more--> I picked the raspberries from the bushes in my backyard&#8230; try getting raspberry vinaigrette that fresh from the grocery store! It is very quick and easy to make and tastes great on many salad variations.<\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"yield\">Yield: approx. 4 cups<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large measuring cup or bowl, add all of the ingredients. For the vinegar, you can use red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.<\/li>\n<li>Using a food processor or blender, mix together.<\/li>\n<li>Run the mixed dressing through a sieve. This will allow you to remove all the raspberry seeds from the vinaigrette.<\/li>\n<li>Poor the dressing into a large bottle or mason jar and store in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It is that simple to make your own delicious and fresh raspberry vinaigrette. ENJOY!!!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ingredients\">\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ingredients-list\">\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2 cups of Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of Vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">2 cloves of Garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tsps of Parsley<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1\/4 to 1\/2 cup of Liquid Honey<\/li>\n<li>to taste, Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredients-list-alt\">1 to 1 and 1\/2 cups of Fresh Raspberries<\/li>\n<li>1 and 1\/2 tbsps of Lemon Juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"related-video\">\n<div class=\"video\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"video-border\" width=\"560\" height=\"349\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gdyZYHHH0CE\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s summer here in the Maritimes and raspberries are plentiful.
