This is a great recipe when you’re in a hurry. Fettuccine Alfredo seems a lot more difficult and time consuming than it really is. Simply follow my recipe for quick, easy, and creamy Alfredo.

Directions:

Yield: 4 servings

  1. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add a dash of salt and a tsp. Of olive oil. Add pasta; boil for 10 minutes (el dente) or 12 minutes for a more tender pasta.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a sautéed pan.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese. Stir to melt.
  5. Add Cream. Stir.
  6. DO NOT Let the sauce BOIL or Cheese will form LUMPS!!
  7. Toss with cooked pasta, season and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 of a 500 gram package of Fettuccine
  • 6 tbsps of Butter
  • 2/3 cup of Whipping Cream, un-whipped
  • 1 cup of Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Approx. 3 oz.)
  • Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
